I heard the Skype tone and thought what year is this from!? Oh 2015, sure enough
Hello, I would like to know what is the best prophylactic thing to do to avoid golf elbow while playing e-sports. Does it make sense to wear wrist cuffs and upper arm cuffs (e.g. Masalo) when gaming (for me while holding the controller) so that the tendons are relieved? I want to avoid getting golf elbow again. I would be very grateful for any answer!!
damn nice
Rather than doing that double overhand (or climbers tie off) to prevent slip on a dynamic load, you can do a yosemite finish. It's really simple just by following one side of the loop back through the entry hole. Lots of videos on UA-cam here for Yosemite boline or Yosemite tie off
i can roll by using a paddle, my helmet, just by hands and thats it :)
Ligament = Bone to bone Tendon = bone to muscle ❤❤❤ Thanks
Cheer~~firm, whitish, flexible connective tissue found in various forms in the larynx and respiratory tract, in structures such as the external ear, and in the articulating surfaces of joints. It is more widespread in the infant skeleton, being replaced by bone during growth.😊
Why are you playing music? Is this a Warner’s Brothers cartoon? Ori is it a juvenile computer game?

A clove hitch is the complete opposite of a constrictor knot if you twist one way you get a constrictor and if you twist the opposite way you get a clove hitch which is made with two half hitches .
Wow this looks amazing yet terrifying
How is the muscle a connective tissue
I pulled downwards too hard on a wrench. Still have full motion but pain is starting to get worse after 5 years now, especially with my ju-jitsu training. Does this sound like a rotator cuff tear / injury?
please listen , Antibiotics can cause torn tendons ! The Cipro family ! take care

got tendonitis on my wrist flexor, injured it last october, still bummed i havent been able to return to the gym wrist still swells when i workout or put some strain on it, i dont use weights anymore just push ups
Please I need to know. How can I skydive as a visually imoared person who doesn’t rely on vision
I’m facing the first one (separated shoulder) right now. How do I get it fix ?
Just heard a crunching noise while toweling off and reaching behind me. Been sleeping on that side too much and it felt off lately. Terrified of a dislocation happening.
I was in the gym, doing tricep extensions on a machine and I felt a sharp pain go from the top middle of my tricep and shoot down and roll over my elbow. The pain was like a lightning bolt. I don’t have any black or bruising. I just have stiffness and swelling, and when the swelling went away, I kept moving my arm because that’s what these doctors kept telling me to do but I noticed that I have a bump right above my elbow and all the doctors wanna do is take a stupid x-ray and tell me oh well, it’s not a complete tear. It might be a partial tear, but nothing tore off of your bone so nothing to worry about, but when I asked the orthopedic, if it’s a partial tear, can’t we just go in and sew it up now he looked at me and said no we’ll wait until it completely tears if it is.
For clarity, the constrictor knot variation on the clove hitch is not demonstrated with bunny ears, nor on the carabiner. The constrictor could have been shown last of all to avoid some confusion.
elbow tendonitis is horror of horrors, i wanna die every day....
I did one too many curls and I thought it was soar because my muscles were just warm or something I couldn’t move my arms at all 😂
